Quote Requests Are Free
You do not pay to request a safari quote. Our team reviews your dates, group size, preferred route, accommodation level, and travel style, then prepares a tailored itinerary and price. You can start through the request quote page.
When Payment Is Required
Payment is required only after you accept a written safari quote and we confirm that the proposed lodges, guides, transfers, flights, or services can be held. Your confirmation message or invoice will state the deposit amount, balance due date, currency, payment method, and any supplier-specific conditions.
Deposits and Balances
Most safaris require a deposit to secure accommodation, vehicles, guides, domestic flights, park arrangements, or other supplier commitments. The remaining balance is normally due before travel. The exact schedule depends on your itinerary, departure date, supplier deadlines, and whether special offers or high-season conditions apply.
Prices and Currency
Prices may be shown in USD or another stated currency. Currency conversions are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Bank charges, card fees, transfer fees, exchange-rate differences, or mobile-money charges may be the traveler’s responsibility unless the invoice says otherwise.
What Your Payment Covers
Your quote will explain included and excluded items. Depending on your selected safari, payment may cover accommodation, meals listed in the itinerary, driver-guide services, safari vehicle use, park fees, selected transfers, domestic flights, activities, and planning support. International flights, visas, travel insurance, tips, optional activities, and personal expenses are usually excluded unless clearly stated.
Failed or Late Payments
If a payment is delayed, unavailable, reversed, or incomplete, suppliers may release rooms, seats, or services. We will try to help, but availability and pricing may change. A booking is not fully secured until the required cleared funds are received and written confirmation is issued.
